Our goal is to make purchasing your home or investment a balanced decision making process;
one that is more clear, one that makes you more confident, focused, and gives you the green
light to move forward.
To help you get you where you need to go, we need to sit down face to face. In light of Covid-19 and the different variants, if you prefer the first meeting is over zoom, we can do that.
We’ll interview you
– The Who, What, When, Where, Why, How.
We’ll provide you with a buyer packet-Everything you need to purchase a home or investment including a copy of the contract we’ll use and some of the appropriate disclosures. We’ll cover the funnel process-The idea that using the process of elimination, we’ll look at everything and won’t miss anything.
We’ll establish where you are in the process.
Your desires and what you cannot live without-2 Pieces of paper.
We’ll understand Features and Benefits.
Will you pay cash, need a loan or have a house/investment to sell yourself?
We’ll analyze an MLS/ Costar search for homes/investments that are a match active on the market, those in contract and those that have sold in the last 6 months.
The Cream Puff Discussion
If we find the home/investment that’s perfect, what will you do?
We’ll start by listing your top ten wants and desires in a home.

We’ll write your offer. Once accepted, we’ll negotiate to put you in the strongest negotiating position possible.
For our home purchasers, with our transaction coordinator dream team, we will stay on schedule to order inspections if needed, remove contingencies, move timely to a smooth closing.
Once cleared to close, as long as you’re in town, we sit with you and Alexis at the signing table to answer questions and support you at the signing of one of the largest investments of your life.
In 48-72 hours we have the pleasure of handing over keys to your new home/ investment.
